During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the higher volume of orders.

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we kindly ask you to file a claim via Evri’s Complaint Procedure. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact us at hello@furrcollective.co.uk once the claim has been filed and our team will do our best to assist you.
