What is FURR Collective? 

We are a natural pooch grooming brand dedicated to bringing our customers effective and high quality products to nurture pet wellbeing. Our products are natural, vegan and cruelty-free.

Are your products suitable for puppies?

Our formulas are natural and suitable for puppies, however, it is recommended to start using after their second set of vaccinations at around 10-12 weeks old.

Are the products suitable for use on other animals?

The product is suitable on all furry animals, however if you have any concerns then feel free to check with your vet.


When is the last chance for Christmas orders?

Please place order no later than 18 December for aimed delivery by Christmas. This is not a complete guarantee so please order sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

I’m having problems with my order, how do I get help?

Orders are shipped within 2 - 4 business days after dispatch. 

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we kindly ask you to file a claim via Evri’s Complaint Procedure. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact us at hello@furrcollective.co.uk once the claim has been filed and we will do our best to assist you.

I haven’t received my order confirmation?

Please ensure you have checked your junk email, if you have still not received confirmation please email hello@furrcollective.co.uk and we will happily assist you.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send you an email order confirmation advising you that your order is being processed. Goods will be shipped within 1-2 days of your order and will usually take 2- 4 working days after dispatch to arrive.

Where do you deliver to?

All of our products are shipped from the UK. For all enquiries outside of the UK, please get in touch at hello@furrcollective.co.uk with your order request and delivery details. We will then provide you with relevant delivery information and how to proceed with your order. Depending on the destination & value of the purchase, additional taxes & duties may be charged. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover these costs if applicable.

What is your refund policy?

Of course we hope you love this product as much as we do, in the event that you are not happy with the product or have had any other issues we will offer a full refund or replacement product if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@furrcollective.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or process a refund. Once the order is returned to us we will process a refund minus the original delivery cost plus £3.49 to cover the cost of return.
